由協同住宅所見之人與環境的關系談共同居住之意義－Moyai住宅M Port之實例

摘要

本論文的目的對日本近年來協同住宅的發展動向作一概要性的介紹，並以熊本市M Port Moyai住宅為實例，詳盡分析探討協同住宅由開始計劃、設計、建設到居住等一連串過程後，為今後集合住宅計劃的發展方向及其可能性提出一具體看法。
首先，吾人就目前日本之協同住宅的實際建設情形將居住者的參與動機、推動計劃之主導體、和已興建之計劃工程數等加以歸納性分析整理。其次，以M Port全部過程分三階段來闡述。第一階段是從集結住戶到尋找土地等之過程，係以「培養住戶對住宅構思能力的基礎營造」為目的。第二階段為實現設計方案的過程，其目的是在促成「聚集起來共同居住的具體化」，該計劃無論在個體上或整體上皆具生動的特性。第三階段是住戶入居後所展現出的「一個持續的創造性生活」的實踐性發展過程。經由詳盡分析探討這三個階段性過程，不僅可瞭解到聚集起來共同居住所蘊育的真實意義，同時亦提供吾人進行空間計劃時所應有的認識（及態度）。
最後，本研究對於今後住宅營造的有效貢獻、與居住者對其居住環境所可能產生之自發性責任感作客觀的評價與提示。

This thesis is to make an outline introduction on Japanese developing tendency of cooperative housing in Kumamoto City as a substantial example, and to have a detailed analysis and observation on the whole process of cooperative housing, right from the beginning of the planning, the design, the construction, and the dwelling. Finally there after conclude a concrete point of view on the possibility and the planning direction of apartment housing.
First of all, we have an inductive analysis on the resident's participating motives, and the dominant planning pusher, and the numbers of already constructing situation of present cooperative housing in Japan. Secondly, to have a thorough process in three separate stages to describe M Port. The first stage shows the process of gathering the residents in seeking for pieces of land while creating the resident's fundamental thinking abilities to the dwelling. The second stage is to develop a dynamic plan, either separately or wholly, of realizing a common living process. The third shows a consistent creative living process after the residents all move in. Having made detailed investigations on the processes of the above mentioned three stages, we realized the true meanings of gathering together, and enable us to maintain an accurate attitude to the vacuum planning.
At final of the thesis, we made a research on the effective contribution of the dwelling, and the residents may also create self commitments to themselves by an objective evaluation and presentation.
