This paper offers insights on how instructors can use the Internet to access important information and secondary materials that can be applied to the creation of resourceful and valuable in-class instructional aids. Internet resources can fall into the following categories: 1.) film scripts and transcripts; 2.) background and biographical information; 3.) plot summaries and episode guides; 4.) graphics; 5.) sound and image downloads; and 6.) communications with fan clubs, interest groups and other film enthusiasts. For instructors, the Internet can provide the raw materials that can be used in the creation of attractive and informative classroom aids. For students, the Internet can provide data to support oral presentations, written reports, debate forums and group discussions.
