癲癇生活品質量表-89中文版之前驅研究
The Pilot Study for a Chinese Version of Quality of Life in Epilepsy Inventory-89
摘要
本研究旨在發展癲癇生活品質量表-89（Quality of Life in Epilepsy-89，QOLIE-89）中文版及測量其與癲癇生活品質量表-31（Quality of Life in Epilepsy-31，QOLIE-31）和癲癇生活品質量表-10（Quality of Life in Epilepsy-10，QOLIE-10）之相關性。結果發現癲癇生活品質量表-89中文版具有良好的內容效度及建構效度，在信度部份總量表α值為0.97，各層面的α值分別為癲癇標的層面0.86，心理健康層面0.78，認知功能層面0.86及生理健康層面0.62，顯示信度佳。另外，癲癇病患生活品質量表-89與癲癇病患生活品質量表-31之間的相關係數為 0.93，而與癲癇病患生活品質量表-10之間的相關係數為 0.85，表示它們之間有高度的相關性。本研究結果已初步建立此量表中文版之信效度，未來可運用於臨床評估癲癇病患的生活品質，進而協助其改善疾病的適應過程。

The purposes of this study were to develop the Chinese version of the quality of life in epilepsy inventory-89 (QOLIE-89) and to measure the correlation between it and the quality of life in epilepsy inventory-31 Chinese version (QOLIE-31) and the quality of life in epilepsy inventory-10 Chinese version (QOLIE-10). The results show that the measurement in QOLIE-89 Chinese version has a good content and construct reliability. The Cornbach’s Alpha value for this questionnaire is 0.97. Statistical analysis showed that the alpha values of the epilepsy target dimension, the mental dimension, the cognitive dimension and the physical health dimension are 0.86, 0.78, 0.86 and 0.62, respectively. These data demonstrate that the reliabilities among all dimensions are good. Moreover, the correlation coefficient between QOLIE-89 and QOLIE-31 is 0.93, and the correlation coefficient between QOLIE-89 and QOLIE-10 is 0.85. These data demonstrate that their correlation is high. The study serves as a preliminary assessment of the reliable and valid of QOLIE-89 Chinese version, and can clinically apply to evaluation of the quality of life for patients with epilepsy. Therefore, we can help the patients to maximize their quality of life and minimize the time needed for adjusting to their epilepsy.
