探討實證護理工作坊對護理人員實證知識、態度、技能及批判性思考之學習成效

The Effectiveness of Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN) Workshop on Its Related Knowledge, Attitude, Skill and Critical Thinking Ability

摘要


評價為期一天的實證護理工作坊介入前後護理人員實證知識、態度與技能之學習成效,並比較其批判性思考能力之變化。本研究為單組前後測設計,採方便取樣選取南部某區域醫院接受實證護理工作坊之護理主管及培訓人員為研究對象,共收案47位。研究工具包含自擬之實證護理知識、態度、技能問卷,以及精簡版之批判性思維特質量表。參與工作坊後,研究對象的實證護理知識(p=.000)、技能(p=.000)及批判性思考能力(p=.000)均顯著提升;而態度方面,工作坊進行後亦有提升,但差異未達顯著(p=.052)。結論:研究結果肯定本工作坊所設計的教學內容,除了讓學員有連貫性的學習,亦同時達成本研究所期望之成效。然而,所評值的成效屬立即性的,因此,建議機構後續應再結合實證支持計劃,繼續輔導與追蹤實證推展,養成人員主動探索問題、查證文獻之習慣,如此才可能真正落實實證照護推展。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of implementing a one-day evidence-based nursing (EBN) workshop on knowledge, attitudes, skills and critical thinking ability of the nurses. We used a one-group pretest-posttest design. Forty-seven subjects were recruited by convenient sampling from a regional hospital in south Taiwan. The structural questionnaires consist of knowledge, attitudes and skills on EBN, and a short form of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory were applied as research instruments. EBN knowledge, skills and critical thinking ability were significantly promoted immediately after the workshop (p=0.000). The attitudes toward EBN were improved but did not reach statistical significance (p=0.052). Finding showed that the workshop could enable continuous learning in nurses and improve the EBN knowledge, skills and critical thinking ability. However, the effect of the workshop is temporary. We suggested that the development of EBN should combine with an integrated project and execute through forming habits of searching knowledge and evidence.
