新智慧科技在藥事作業的應用

Application of Novel Information Technology in Pharmaceutical Practices

摘要

藥事作業除了致力於確保藥品品質及病人用藥安全與療效之外，提升作業效率，擴展服務的深度與廣度更是當務之急，而資訊化與自動化等智慧科技的應用是突破現況相當重要的因應策略。本文將就藥事作業的多項應用進行介紹，包括藥品倉儲作業管理系統、醫師電腦開方及臨床決策支援系統、智慧調劑檯及流程管控系統、自動化調劑藥櫃系統、化學治療藥品全稀釋自動調劑系統、藥事服務資訊整合系統、臨床用藥主動監測系統、人工智慧於服藥順從性之應用及遠距藥事服務，期能與世界趨勢同步，建構起智能化的藥事服務。

In addition to ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of medications, improving the efficiency of pharmacy practices and expanding the depth and breadth of services are equally important and urgent. Novel information technology and automation are great strategies to change the current quality status. In this article, warehouse management system (WMS), computerized physician order entry system (CPOE) and clinical decision support system (CDSS), intelligent drug station and process management system, automatic drug dispensing cabinet (ADC), automatic chemotherapy medication dispensing system, smart-care system, clinical surveillance system and telepharmacy are introduced. It is expected to catch up with the world’s trends and build an intelligent pharmaceutical service in the evolving healthcare environment.
