數位乳房斷層層析攝影系統之物理測試建議

因應目前台灣的乳房攝影系統已全面轉向數位系統，且斷層層析攝影系統逐漸趨向普遍，中華民國醫學物理學會診斷工作群，針對數位乳房斷層層析攝影系統，共歸納出19項物理測試之建議，其中部分項目延伸自數位乳房攝影系統之物理測試。本文綜合數位乳房攝影系統建議書，並聚焦於斷層層析功能，深入比較數位乳房斷層層析攝影系統與單純數位系統之測試項目差異、與數位乳房斷層層析攝影系統需新增的測試項目，內容涵蓋各項測試的目的、所需設備、測試程序與效能判定準則等，期能提供專業人員執行數位乳房斷層層析攝影系統品質保證之整體觀念，且提供主管機關作為參考，以制訂各廠牌適用之數位乳房斷層層析攝影系統品保作業程序。

With the generalization of digital mammography in Taiwan, and more and more of them with tomosynthesis functions, the diagnostic task group of the Chinese Society of Medical Physics, Taipei (CSMPT) summarized 19 physics tests for the digital breast tomosynthesis system in this report. The physics tests were referred to some important related reports and references. This report shows the difference of physics test items between digital breast tomosynthesis systems and digital mammography systems, and summarized the comparison results in the aspect of the testing purpose, required equipment, procedure, and criteria. This report may not only assist clinical staff in realizing the concept of quality control for the digital breast tomosynthesis system, but may also serve as a valuable reference for the authority to implement related quality assurance standards.
