本文提出在LabVIEW環境下設計直流馬達轉速監控系統,並利用PID控制器追蹤速度,以求得較佳的系統響應。首先,根據馬達動態模式定義速度追蹤驅動系統,以PID控制器調變參數,藉由調整K(下標 P),K(下標 I)及K(下標 D)等增益值,即可獲得符合功能規範之系統響應。該三種增益值之設計與選取,係藉由虛擬儀表圖控模擬軟體LabVIEW求出,並可即時顯示轉速變化圖形,其結果與理論預測之PID控制器各增益值相當接近。
This paper presents a DC motor speed monitoring system with LabVIEW and the use of PID controller to track speed for obtaining better system responses. First, according to the motor dynamic model and the given drive tracking, the responses of the system which satisfy the performance specifications are obtained from a feedback PID controlled DC motor system by tuning the gains: K(subscript P), K(subscript I) and K(subscript D). LabVIEW simulation package is used for the design of those three gains and the results quite match with the theoretical prediction for the behavior of the PID controller.
