新竹市中小學推展網路教學之障礙

The Obstacles Met in the Process of Expanding Internet Teaching in Elementary and High Schools of Hsinchu City

摘要


資訊科技與寬頻網路之進步使得以網路為主之教學與學習環境變得日益普遍且重要。過去有關網路教學之相關研究多偏重於網路教學系統的建置、教材的編製、學習的評量等,而在網路教學上所遭遇的問題則甚少涉獵,因此本研究希望藉此探討各公立中小學教師在推動網路教學時所遭逢之障礙。 本研究經由多位新竹市中小學教師進行探索性問卷調查發展出問卷題項,再利用分層抽樣方法針對新竹市各級市立中小學教師問卷調查,經資料分析結果,彙整得到「經費及設備」中學校經費不足、「支援及管理」中教學設備準備耗時耗力及「課程及師資」中網路教材編製不易為主要之教學障礙。

The advance in information technology and broadband internet makes the teaching and learning surroundings of internet more and more popular and important. In the past, the studies on internet teaching put more emphasis on the construction of internet teaching systems, the design of teaching materials, and learning evaluation, while these studies, to some degree, neglect the problems confronted in internet teaching. Therefore, this study aims to research the obstacles that the teachers of public elementary and high schools met in expanding internet teaching. First, we make most of the questionnaires distributed to employees of Hsinchu City internet Center as well as many teachers of Hsinchu City's public elementary and high schools to design the questions for this study. And then through stratified sampling of the questionnaires for Hsinchu City's public elementary and high schools, we reach the conclusion that (1) in ”expenditure and equipment,” average schools lack expenditure; (2) in ”aid and management,” the preparation for teaching equipment consumes both time and energy; (3) in ”curriculum and teaches,” the internet teaching materials are hard to design. These are main obstacles met in the process of expanding the internet teaching in this area.
