關於團體歷程的研究,許多研究均指出團體歷程的發展具有階段性。本研究者長期身處教師團體所屬的文化氛圍中,進一步發現初始階段對團體發展的影響甚鉅;所以,本研究針對教師專業成長團體初始階段的型態進行深入分析,其目的其一在分析教師專業發展團體初始階段的團體動力型態;其二在進一步分析這些不同初始型態的後續發展。 本研究運用紮根理論,整理出四種團體的初始型態,分別為「壓抑型」、「自由平衡型」、「衝突型」與「運作型」等四種型態,另一方面也發現,不同的初始團體類型,後續會發展出不同的「團體隱喻」。 本研究是理論與實務兼具的研究,其對團體促動者了解團體初始階段的現象有相當的助益。
According to past group process researches, a lot of researches show that there are different stages in the development of group processes. The researcher used in the teacher's professional development groups and found that the initial type of group would influence group development greatly. The purposes of this study are to analyze the initial dynamic types of teacher's professional development groups; secondly, to analyze the following development in different initial types of groups. This study bases on grounded theory and proposes four initial types of groups including suppressive type, free-balance type, conflictive type and operational type. Each type will develop different group metaphor respectively. This study includes both theory and practice oriented, which is useful for group facilitator to realize the phenomenon of initial stage in group.
