摘要

本文探討「女性主義」、「女性主義倫理」及「女性主義生命倫理」，介紹其「定義」、「歷史沿革」、「理論及派別」、「批評與辯護」，並藉「代理孕母」及「醫病關係」兩案例之討論，作為「女性主義生命倫理進路」應用之說明，最後並提出操作法則。作者期望藉本文理論之回顧與分析，呈現女性主義生命倫理之豐富內涵、多元觀點與思維模式，及其將「性別觀點」帶入生命倫理領域之嘗試與貢獻，以作為進一步與其他生命倫理方法論對話之基礎；並希望透過此方法論之介紹，有助於醫護人員及生命倫理研究者，在面對及解決臨床醫學倫理問題時，能因參考此理論而發展出更豐富之倫理視域與思維。

This paper introduces the definitions. theories, schools, criticisms, and debates of ”feminism”, ”feminist ethics” and ”feminist bioethics”. Two cases concerning ”surrogate motherhood” and ”physician-patient relationship” have been proposed as examples for demonstrating the application of feminist approach to bioethics. A concise working formula is also presented. It is hoped that through the review and analysis of this paper, the gender perspectives of ethical reasoning proposed and promoted by feminist bioethicists can bring both medical professionals and bioethical researchers new horizon and rationale in their ethical deliberations of clinical ethical encounters.
