Teaching Students to Assess Information in Biomedical Sciences: Simple Strategies

Simple strategies are described to help students acquire skills for seeking and assessing information in student-centered courses, including problem-based learning. Emphasis is placed on assessing the peer-reviewed literature in basic biomedical sciences.
