企業虛擬化與價值創造模式關係之研究:高科技產業之實證

本研究以高科技產業為對象,首先選擇兩家個案公司進行訪談,以了解目前業界虛擬化之作法與價值創造模式,並以問卷調查探討高科技產業企業虛擬化與價值創造模式之關係。本研究由文獻探討與個案整理出五種虛擬企業特性,分別為:「擁有核心能力」、「聯盟動態性」、「資訊技術能力」、「成立專案小組」、「與上下游合作密切」。價值創造模式則分別為「價值鏈」、「價值群」與「價值網」等三種型態。研究發現:(1)虛擬企業擁有營運優勢的核心能力,則其傾向於價值鏈之價值創造模式;若擁有技術及創新優勢的核心能力,則其傾向於價值鏈或價值群之價值創造模式;(2)虛擬企業的聯盟動態性程度越高,則其越傾向於價值鏈、價值群與價值網之價值創造模式;(3)虛擬企業的資訊技術能力越高,則其越傾向於價值鏈、價值群與價值網之價值創造模式;(4)虛擬企業成立的專案小組越嚴密,則其越傾向於價值鏈、價值群與價值網之價值創造模式;(5)虛擬企業與上下游合作的密切程度越高,則其越傾向於價值群與價值網之價值創造模式。

The researcher firstly interviews two companies in the high-tech industry for concept formalization. The questionnaire survey is then adopted to investigate the relationships between virtual characteristics of enterprises and value creation model. Five virtual characteristics of core competencies, dynamic alliances, information and technology skills, project teams and close cooperation with upstream and downstream firms and three value creation models of value chain, value shop and value network have been summarized. The research findings are as follows: First, the virtual enterprises with core competencies of operation tend to adopt value chain, and those with core competencies of technology and information skills are apt to adopt value chain or value shop. Second, the higher the extent of dynamic alliances virtual enterprises have, the more likely value chain, value shop and value network they adopt. Third, the more information and technology skills virtual enterprises have, the more likely value chain, value shop and value network they adopt. Fourth, the more rigorous project teams are, the more likely value chain, value shop and value network they adopt. Finally, the higher the extent of close cooperation with upstream and downstream firms, the more likely value chain, value shop and value network they adopt.
