科技以各種形式影響著社會的每個層面,而形成了各種有形與無形的效應,本研究試圖透過社會的角度,並非以企業利益或企業績效為導向,探討資訊系統導入組織中,工作者之工作觀以及生活態度上所產生的合併效應,在文章之編排方式上,首先探討關於資訊科技導入組織後,其所呈現之現代社會狀況,再者,將工作的議題帶入資訊社會變遷的探討架構中,參酌法國社會學家Bourdieu所提出之Habitus理論,剖析Habitus行為模式於資訊社會中的運作情形;最後,以質化研究彈性並且不斷地與主題對話的研究方式,針對非高科技產業、非資訊從業人員之個案組織,進行深度訪談,以瞭解資訊系統導入工作場域後,如何潛移默化著人們的工作觀,並且以Habitus理論作為研究核心,解析工作觀變革後,如何影響著人們生活的方式與態度。
This paper aims to compare and discuss modernistic working culture through pluralistic environment of technology society. The article especially focuses on main effect which result form information system development in the organization. In the research procedure, first, we discuss about modern society status with technology intervening, and take working issue into research framework. Second, we try to analyze human behavior from Habitus theory in the information society. Finally, in order to probe the crucial reason, the study tries to avoid the staffs who are not sensitive to information technology development due to have high information education background and work in information relevant department. Therefore, after analyzing relevant theories and studies, the research explores technology impact of working culture and life attitude from the case organization, which is applied in-depth interview to non-high-tech industry and non-Information-Technology staffs.
