心理擁有感與科技採用行為研究:量表發展

The Research of Psychological Ownership and Technology Adoption: Questionnaire Development

摘要


組織內個人對科技的採用行為是影響科技導入成效的關鍵。過去探討個人層次的科技導入行為研究,主要以科技接受理論為主,探討科技使用者的認知與採用行為間因果關係;此一研究取向係將科技視為一種獨立於使用者外的物體,著重於研究科技特質與任務特質間在不同情境下的配適程度。本研究從採用者對科技的心理情感面出發,發展心理擁有感量表,以探討科技採用者的心理擁有感與採用行為間的關係。本研究以組織行為的心理擁有感理論為基礎,區分四種心理擁有感構面:我的科技、我們的科技、我的組織、我們的組織。本研究透過專家問卷建立內容效度,並以三組獨立樣本分別進行探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析,以及效標關連效度的建立。本研究發展的科技採用心理擁有感量表具有良好的內容效度、聚合效度、區辨效度與效標關聯效度。

Personal technology adoption behavior is the primary determinant of technology adoption performance in an organization. Past researches regarding personal technology adoption have been anchored on technology acceptance model (TAM), focusing on casual relationship between technology adoption behavior and cognition of technology users. TAM takes technology as an object independent from its users emphasize the fitness between the features of technology and task features under different contexts. This study introduces ”psychological ownership” as a possible alternative determinant of technology adoption performance, emphasizing the affective effect of adopters towards technology. Based on psychological ownership theory in organizational setting, four dimensions of psychological ownership were developed, two of which were technology psychological ownership. Questionnaire and measurements are developed for organizational and technology psychological ownership and they were proved to be fair in reliability and validity.
