Risk analysis, network analysis and the grey fuzzy theory were introduced for the uncertainty and complexity of large engineering projects. By using network analysis and grey fuzzy science in large-scale projects’ risk analysis, it helps establish a comprehensive evaluation on the grey fuzzy mold Improved Network Analysis Method Type. Firstly, combine large-scale projects’ risk characteristics Level Standard with large projects risk index system. Secondly, determine the weight of each risk index weight through the improved network analysis. Build grey fuzzy evaluation moment for each risk indicator. Finally, the memberships of the maximum and minimum principles draw the grey evaluation findings. The grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is applied to the actual project and it proved method to be scientific and effective.
