胡麻(Sesamum indicum L.)種子木酚素含量在植株不同部位及生育階段與後熟處理的影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同部位與生育階段之芝麻素(sesamin)及芝麻林素(sesamolin)含量變化及收穫後處理(後熟處理)的影響,所選用之品種為台灣栽培面積最廣之台南1號及日本高木酚素含量品種Gomazou。研究結果顯示,春作台南1號葉片中sesamm的含量在播種後第13週達到最高,蒴果內sesamim含量則是以播種後第15週有最大值,而蒴果內sesamolin則是在播種後第13週達到最高。春作栽培Gomazou莖及葉片中sesamim的含量皆在播種後12週達到最高,而蒴果內sesamim則是以播種後第14週最高,sesamolin在第12週含量最大。秋作栽培之台南1號與Gomazou兩品種莖內之sesamim、葉片之sesamim、蒴果內之sesamim及sesamolin皆在播種後第11週時有最大含量。另外,也針對胡麻採收後分為不同後熟天數(0、2、4、6、8、10天)及蒴果位置處理(下、中、上段),探討其對木酚素含量之影響,結果顯示,sesamim、sesamolin及總量的含量皆以後熟10天處理為最高;而不同位置裡則是以下段有最高之間sesamim的含量及總量,sesamolin,則是以上段的含量最高。

To investigate the sesamin and sesamolin contents of different positions, growth stages, and post-harvest treatments of sesame plants, variety Tainan No.1 (TN1) and Gomazou were planted. TN1 was the most popular variety grown in Taiwan. Gomazou is a Japanese variety with high lignin content. In spring crop season, the sesamin contents in leaf of TN1 reached the maximum at 13 weeks after planting. The sesamin contents in capsule of TNI reached the maximum at 15 weeks after planting, while sesamolin, did at 13 weeks. The sesamin contents in stems and leaves of Gomazou both reached the maximum at 12 weeks after planting. The sesamin contents in capsule of Gomazou reached the maximum at 14 weeks after planting, while sesamolin, did at 12 weeks. In fall crop season, the lignan contents of TNI or Gomazou in stems, leaves and capsules had the largest contents at 11 weeks after planting. In addition, the sesame plants were investigated under different post-havest treatments. As results, the treatment of 10 days post-harvest had the highest sesamin, sesamolin and total lignan contents. The highest sesamin and total lignan contents were in the bottom part of the sesame plant, but the highest sesamolin content was in the top part.
