不同鉀氮比值灌溉液肥對離地有機番茄產量和品質之影響

Effect of Different K/N Ratios of Irrigation Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Organic Tomato in Soilless Culture

摘要


本研究以自行醱酵之有機液肥調配不同鉀氮比值之灌溉液肥,於網室進行離地有機番茄栽培試驗,探討其對番茄產量和品質之影響,以選擇適當鉀氮比值之有機灌溉液肥。試驗處理分別為灌溉液肥未調配鉀氮比、鉀氮比3/1和6/1及日本山崎養液配方(對照處理)等4處理,4重複,逢機完全區集設計。採收後產量和品質調查結果顯示:不同鉀氮比值處理之每株鮮果重、每株粒數、每粒單果鮮重、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸及糖酸比等皆差異不顯著,且與對照處理亦無顯著差異。惟葉片植體分析結果顯示:鉀素含量明顯隨著有機灌溉液肥鉀氮比值增加而遞增,且鉀氮比3/1和鉀氮比6/1之處理皆與山崎養液配方之對照處理含量相近,差異不顯著。說明本研究自行醱酵製作之有機液肥,經適當稀釋調配而不需再添加鉀素,可適用作為網室離地有機番茄栽培之灌溉液肥。

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of applying different K/N ratios of irrigation fertilizer from selfproducing organic liquid fertilizer on the yield and quality of greenhouse organic tomato in soilless culture, and to choose suitable K/N ratio of irrigation fertilizer. The treatments included: (1) K/N unadjusted; (2) K/N = 3; (3) K/N = 6 and (4) Yamasaki formula (Control). The experiment was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four different treatments and four replications. The results showed the total fruit weight, total fruit numbers, each fruit weight, total soluble solids, titratable acidity, and sugar-acid ratio among the treatments with different K/N ratios of irrigation fertilizer were not significantly different, and all of them were also not significantly different from Control. The result of tomato leave analysis indicated the treatments applying higher K/N ratios of irrigation fertilizer with palm ash filtrate containing abundant K resulted in significantly increased K content in tomato leave, and the content was close to Control. There was no significant difference observed. It was concluded that self-producing organic liquid fertilizer after proper dilution could be used as the irrigation fertilizer of greenhouse organic tomato in soilless culture, and didn't need to add K.
