大學生求助態度量表之修訂

摘要

本研究的目的為修訂大學生的求助態度量表，與預測其網絡求助態度。研究對象為73位台灣大學生，使用結構式問卷及逐步迴歸分析法，結果顯示修訂後的量表有不錯的信效度。面對面求助態度為網路諮商求助態度的重要預測因子，可解釋量為30.1%。研究結果提供與大學生進行諮商工作的建議。

The purpose of this study is to revise scale of help-seeking attitude and predict the help-seeking attitude of online counseling of college students. The subjects were 73 college students in Taiwan. The author used structured questionnaires and stepwise regression to predict the help-seeking attitude of online-counseling. The results presented that the revised instruments had good validity and reliability. The important predictor of help-seeking attitude with online counseling was ”help-seeking attitude with face-to-face counseling”, and the proportion of variance explained was 30.1 %. This study can offer some concrete suggestions for the counseling work of college students.
