LED背光模組中導光板的微結構與其排列規則對光輝度與均齊度之影響

The Micro-structure and It's Arranging Rules under the Influence of the Brightness and Uniformity in Light Guide Plate of a LED Backlight Module

摘要


導光板掌控著背光模組整體出光的光輝度與均齊度,故導光板的優劣將決定背光模組出光的效益。本文目的在於提供LED導光板較佳的微結構設計與其排列規則。利用TRIZ方法中的矛盾矩陣與發明法則開發導光板光學結構的設計規則,並依據專利侵權判準原則進行專利迴避,採用TracePro光學模擬軟體進行導光板微結構設計與其排列規則的相關分析與比較。本文推導的導光板微結構設計與其排列規則有效地提升導光板對光源利用率與其出光之光輝度與均齊度,並方便研發者設計較佳的導光板。

In a backlight module, the light guide plate will control to brightness and uniformity, so it determines that all benefit happens to an output light in the module. The purpose of this text lies in offering the mic-structural designing and it's arranging rules in the light guide plate of a LED backlight module. Combining invention principles of TRIZ and the designing of avoiding patent infringement, we will create some concepts of light guide panel designing. There are optics simulations to relevant analysis and comparison of the structural designing and it's arranging rules in the light guide plate by TracePro software. We find that the structure and it's arranging rules are under the influence of the brightness and uniformity to improve effectively, and that's rules offer to the convenient of research and develop designing in light guide panel.
