Tip-Edge矯正器在大臼齒拔牙病例之應用
The Application of Tip-Edge Bracket System in Molars Extraction Cases
摘要
在病患尋求矯正治療的時候，我們常常會面臨到病患的第一大臼齒長期預後不佳，而無法採取正統的拔牙治療，但是錨定的來源經常困擾著矯正醫師。本文藉由一個拔除四顆恆第一大臼齒的案例，來介紹使用Tip-Edge bracket來治療此種病例的優點，並討論在這種情形之下，如何考慮拔除第一大臼齒的時機、空間關閉及如何運用拔牙空間來獲得最佳的治療效果。

When patients seek orthodontic treatment, dentists may encounter patients with first permanent molar to have poor long-term prognosis. Nevertheless anchorage source often bothers orthodontists. In this article, we reported a case with severe crowding and four first molars extraction to introduce the advantages of using Tip-Edge bracket. The timing of extraction and space closure or use of the extraction space for orthodontic treatment was also discussed.
