摘要

因恆牙第一大臼齒通常是口內長出的第一顆恆牙，但也常因疏於照顧而造成嚴重的脫鈣與齲蝕。這樣的情況往往增加治療的困難度及更多醫療資源的支出。
本病歷報告中，藉由拔除四顆嚴重齲蝕的第一大臼齒，並搭配矯正治療來緩解齒列擁擠情況並關閉拔牙的空間。患者不僅獲得排列整齊的牙齒，並重獲健康的齒列。在此類治療中的一些潛在問題也在此報告中一併討論。

First molars are normally the first permanent teeth erupted in the mouth and usually are neglected to have proper dental care. This results in severe decays and causes poor long-term prognoses sometimes. Here I presented a case orthodontically treated with four problematic first molar extractions and the patient benefits from a healthy dentition after treatment. Some potential problems during this kind of treatment are discussed and solutions are also provided.
