彈力橡皮圈在齒顎矯正臨床中的應用

摘要

隨著越來越多的拔牙病例採用越來彈力橡皮圈來關閉拔牙間隙，臨床上主動結紮使用的彈力橡皮圈包括結紮圈、單個的彈力鏈、兩個單位的彈力鏈等。彈力橡皮圈並不是非常理想的彈性體，彈力衰減是臨床應用中的重要問題。本綜述旨在透過閱讀近幾年的文獻，進而了解彈力橡皮圈的力學性能及其作用原理，並希望能在臨床工作中正確地選擇和使用彈力橡皮圈，以產生適宜的矯正力。

Sliding mechanic with active tieback is widely applied in preadjusted appliance in space closure. Several types of elastomers such as elastomeric ligatures, single unit elastic chain, and two units of elastic chain are used in active tieback. However, elastomer is not an ideal resilient subject. Force decay is significant and it is called attention in orthodontic clinic. It is important to understand the mechanical properties and the working principle of the elastomers which have been used in orthodontics, and it will help orthodontist choose elastomers according to different aims.
