牙齒錯位對許多矯正醫師來說是個大挑戰，常常從診斷到治療計劃的擬訂，都須要更多的資訊和知識，才能做出最好的決定，讓牙齒放在將錯就錯的位置，有時反而是全盤考慮之下的最佳選擇，但究竟牙齒錯位是如何發生的？該如何診斷？有沒有防止發生的可能性？都是我們最想知道的事情。因此，本篇最主要的目的是針對“牙齒錯位”這主題，將近年來發表的文獻回顧做一歸納、整理，希望能帶給各位臨床醫師較全面的概念。

Tooth transposition is a big challenge for many orthodontists. We need more information and knowledge to diagnosis and plan treatment sequence correctly.
