合併齒列矯正及正穎手術治療之穩定性探討—文獻回顧

以齒列矯正合併正顎手術治療上下顎骨嚴重差異之病患，其治療目標之一為提供患者治療後齒列及顏面骨的高度穩定。影響治療此類患者術後上下顎骨結構、齒列咬合及外觀是否長久穩定的因素非常多，例如：手術前患者之評估及準備、施行之手術術式、手術範圍及手術骨段移動量、手術固定方式、手術後下顎髁頭位置的改變與否及術後肌肉軟組織能否適應等等。本篇文獻回顧以治療之時期做區分，探討各項影響齒列矯正合併正顎手術治療術後穩定度之因素。

Many factors can affect the post-treatment stability of either intermaxillary relationship, dental occlusion or facial profile, which include pre-operative preparations, types and range of surgical procedure, amount of bone movement, types of fixation, condylar position during fixation and the ability of soft tissue adaptation.This article reviewed and summarized factors affecting the postoperative stability according to the treatment stages.
