中小學初任教師的教學輔導與考核

摘要

幫助初任教師教學成功是師資培育的一個重要工作。本文先從初任教師教學生活的特徵以及初任教師學習教學的歷程來論述初任教師教學輔導的重要性。其次，在描述初任教師教學困境與需求之後，分析如何從教學輔導的規準、教學輔導人員、教學輔導形式等三個角度來協助初任教師。當然光是輔導並不能確保初任教師的教學品質，必須輔以成績考核，才能使初任教師負起績效責任。因此，本文的一小部份係在說明初任教師的成績考核。最後，本文就如何推動初任教師導入輔導工作，提供幾點建議做為總結。

How to help beginning teachers succeed is an important task of teacher education. This paper describes the characteristics of classroom life of beginning teachers and the process of how they are learning to teach. After analyzing the problems and needs beginning teachers are facing, this paper explains three components of a beginning teacher assistance program. This paper also discusses the appraisal of beginning teachers. Finally, this paper provides some suggestions of how to establish beginning teacher induction programs in Taiwan.
