大學運動代表隊組織公民行為研究簡介與量表編製

摘要

運動代表隊可以培養學生的運動興趣，發掘並培養優秀運動人才，提高校譽，爭取國際運動成績，貫徹國家體育之重要政策。運動代表隊為一個正式組織是研究的重要前提。組織公民行為有助於組織績效，因此暸解組織公民行為有其重要性。透過專家效度及預試，最後所得結果為：（一）認同組織內含題數4題；（二）協助同事內含題數4題；（三）不生事爭利內含題數4題；（四）公私分明內含題數4題；（五）敬業守法內含題數4題；（六）自我充實內含題數2題。
