The purpose of this article was to explore the ethical issues confronting managers in the sport industry based on literature review. The sport industry is an extremely diverse industry, including segments such as professional sport, physical education, health and fitness, recreational sport and facility management. As the sport industry rapidly grows, sport managers are facing more and more ethical issues. Therefore, they need to stay current with the ethical concerns surrounding them, being proactive in their approaches rather than reactive, and turning crises into opportunities, in order to make right decisions effectively.
