摘要

防守技術在排球比賽中的運用占了大部分的時間與次數，許多的攻擊須靠後排防守才得以完成，其深深影響比賽的勝負，如果防守失誤太高，即會造成比賽的劣勢與失敗。在最後的反擊環節表現能力挽狂瀾，反擊好亦即攻擊次數多，不斷攻擊才能處於有利的地位，而反擊的能力強弱反應了一個隊技、戰術水平的高低，因而防反系統仍是比賽勝利的重要因素，比賽中沒有了防守，反擊就無法發揮，防守好能給反擊製造與提供很好的機會，兩者是相輔相成。在反擊過程中所使用的攻擊位置，四號位是許多隊的選擇且是以強攻為主。

The defenses technique in volleyball takes most of time and frequency. In games, lot of attract depends on back defenses to achieve the goal, that influence the outcome of the game. Therefore, if too much mistake in defenses it can be affect the outcome. Especially, in end of the game excellent performance may bring victory. Fair defenses create more attack, that due to the fact of victory. No one can doubt that the ability of attack response the team's technique, the level of tactical. That because the anti-system it is the importance fact for victory. The good defensive provide fair opportunity to win. The two are complementary. In the process of attack position, the position 4th is the place of choice for many teams.
