精進教學回饋觀察系統之電腦化與評析

The Assessment and Computerization of Effective Teaching Feedback Observation System

摘要


教師是教育的根本,其教學效能與學生的學習成就一直是密不可分的。對於如何精進教師教學效能的策略相當多,但如何針對教學問題配置合適的教學策略才是最大的挑戰。古人說:「當局者迷、旁觀者清」,教學者通常無法在教學的同時,完全掌握住課室中的每一個細節。為此,研究者如何介入教學現場並給予教學者適用的回饋就顯得相當重要的。本文擬介紹精進教學回饋觀察系統,結合體育教學與運動訓練觀察系統(PETSCOS),希望藉由電腦化觀察系統來提升研究介入時的觀察便利性、記錄確實性以及數據易分析性,期望有助於往後的研究者在在觀察操作上可更為流暢及有效率。

The teacher as the foundation of education whose teaching efficiency and students' achievement are inseparable. There are thousands of strategies on how to improve teachers' efficiency, however, how to find a right teaching method suitable for teaching problems is the biggest challenge that the education systems are facing today. People say that outsiders see the best of the game, the teachers usually cannot detect every detail in the classroom during instruction, so it is relatively important how the researcher intervene the scene and offer his/her observation and proper feedback to the teacher. This article proposed the introduction of the effective teaching feedback observation system which was consisted of PETSCOS, with the help by computerized observation system, it was more convenient for researchers to observe, made accurate record when intervention, and the data could be practically analyzed. It is expected that researchers for the future studies can benefit from this system, and the observation can be made more smoothly and effectively.
