早期建中橄欖球隊認同之探析

摘要

認同是由人們建構而來，並從中不斷進行變動與修正。橄欖球運動在臺灣發展已有百年歷史。其中最為人知的建中橄欖球隊－黑衫軍在長達半世紀的歲月裡，曾幾經波折，仍然屹立不搖。而在這漫長的歷史中，早期黑衫軍有著不同的特殊經驗。本文採用質性研究中的深入訪談，搭配歷史文件記載，並以認同作為視角闡釋早期黑衫軍認同面貌。結果發現，當時球員的認同中謙虛與自尊是橄欖球精神融入建中文化的主要元素。而球員在連霸的壓力下，證明自己能力的同時，也滿足校方與校友們的期待。而當年所述說的建中精神則是仰賴學長們所留下的優良傳統。

Identification is developed from changes and amendments of human activities. The history of rugby sport in Taiwan has been nearly a century. The most famous rugby team in Taiwan, Jiangou High School Rugby Team, still stands well for more than half century. In this long history, Jiangou High School Rugby Team had many special experiences in their early days. This paper had adopted thorough interviews and history reviews to interpret their identification. To sum up, the main element to identify Jiangou High School Rugby Team culture is humble and self-respect for the players. The players had strong pressure due to repeated championship. They not only proved their ability, but also satisfied the expectancy from the school authorities and alumni. The spirit of Jiangou High School depended on their outstanding traditions which the alumni had left behind in those years.
