學校室內游泳池自由餘氯水質管理實務操作解析

教育部推動「泳起來專案－提升學生游泳能力檢測合格率及游泳池新改建行動方案」，規劃以12年來長期推動，並補助全國25縣市新建及改建游泳池。鼓勵新建溫水游泳池，全年均可提供教學及社區使用。但從游泳池水質管理的實際操作面言，這與游泳者的水質健康敏感度有關，同時，游泳池水質標準也受到中央以及地方相關單位定期的檢驗規範。因此本研究在於介紹目前國內外自由餘氯以及目前國內常使用以氯系列為主的消毒殺菌劑，並實際設計兩個加氯投藥量計算方式與手動投藥的實務操作範例，供泳池水質管理者參考，最後提出未來研究方向，包括PH酸鹼度對泳池水質的影響，結合餘氯是如何產生，且對於水質有何影響，這些都可再進行更深入探討，相信也能提供泳池管理者學理與實務操作上之助益。

The Ministry of Education promotes a 12-year long term project of ”Swimming project: It is to enhance the qualified rates of students' swimming ability and to provide subsidies for swimming pools renovation in 25 cities and counties.” The local government is encouraged to build warm-water swimming pools in order to provide services for school teaching and community use all the year round. In view of the practices of water quality management of swimming pool, sometimes it is related to the health condition and sensitivity of swimmers towards water. Meanwhile, the water quality will be regularly tested if it meets standards. Therefore, this study was to introduce the domestic and foreign standards of free chlorine, and the chlorine-based disinfectant series which were often used. This study also designed two examples of chlorine dosing for the management of the swimming pool to refer to. One was chlorine dosage calculations and the other was the practical operation manual dosing. Finally, this study indicated the further researches can focus on the effects of PH value on the water quality of swimming pools, how the combination chlorine created and its result in water quality. It is believed that this research can be referenced by the pool managers in academics and practical operations.
