美國職業運動選擇權之應用初探

摘要

選擇權觀念已發展已經有一段時間了，一般是應用在金融市場或股票投資上面，而美國職業運動的選擇權的觀念發展比較晚。本研究是以早期金融業選擇權的起源定義出發，對於選擇權的內涵與類別認識後，進而對選擇權在金融市場的應用瞭解後，以便於瞭解選擇權在美國職業運動上的應用。再來針對選擇權觀念應用的特性與功能分析後，建議國內產業、政府與學術單位朝著球員的工作權、球員保險、退休機制等方面討論與未來研究的方向。

The concept for ”option” has been developed for a period of time. It is generally applied in the financial market or in the stock investment. However, it was quite late to apply this concept to American professional sports. Based on the option theories in the financial industry, this research was to introduce the contents and categories of options and discuss the applications in the financial market and in professional sports. Further, this study made analysis of the features and functions of option applications. The result suggested the related authorities, including industries, government, and academic institutions should discuss more on topic of players' work right, players' insurance policies, and players' retirement schemes and this research can be referenced by future researches.
