摘要

扯鈴運動在近年可謂是發展迅速，並廣為大眾瞭解與接受。屬於傳統民俗體育的扯鈴已逐漸流行在國際社會，賽事舉辦無疑是最大推手，其中最具代表性且引領技術發展首推亞洲盃國際扯鈴錦標賽。賽事舉辦對於扯鈴此項冷門之奧林匹克運動會及亞洲運動會以外（簡稱非亞奧運）且非世界運動會項目發揮關鍵的功能，尤其扯鈴是屬於表演性之運動，須藉由表演來展現練習成果，而各項比賽就成為選手們最佳驗收時間。本文目的是希望探討扯鈴運動賽事之舉辦對發展與推廣的影響，藉由比賽的舉辦，以及規則的改變與精進，帶領著參賽者提升自我技術。本文以文獻回顧方式來探討亞洲盃國際扯鈴錦標賽的舉辦沿革與影響，從「活動型態的改變」、「競賽內容的改變」到「評分方式的改變」的觀察與紀錄。研究所得結語：賽事舉辦對扯鈴運動有以下幾項效益：一、增加運動人口；二、提升技術水平；三、增加觀賞性人口；四、有效國際化交流。建議未來研究方向為：一、扯鈴動作技術難度分級；二、扯鈴競賽分組分項及使用器械規範的可能性探討；三、針對Red Bull PAO賽事引起的改變與效益探討。

The non-Olympic performance sport of diabolo has gradually developed from a traditional folk sport into one popular in the international community. Regular events such as the influential Asian International Diabolo Championship (AIDC) have raised its profile and provided a platform for demonstrating the advanced skill levels that result from training. The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of hosting diabolo events on development and promotion of the sport. Through an examination of hosted competitions and review of the history and evolution of its rules, we wish to provide implications for the future direction of development of the sport and its techniques. This paper uses literature review to explore the evolution and impact of the AIDC, including the areas of ＂changes in activity patterns,＂ ＂changes in competition content,＂ and ＂changes in scoring methods.＂ We conclude that hosting diabolo events brings various benefits: first, it increases the participating population; second, it stimulates the development of advanced techniques; third, it increases the spectating population; fourth, it promotes effective international communication and the exchange of ideas. Recommended future research directions are as follows: (1) categorizing difficulty levels of various techniques in this sport; (2) categorization of diabolo competition and specification of the equipment used; (3) discussion of the changes and benefits brought by the Red Bull PAO events.
