Answering the above mentioned problems, We designed a caring plan in coherance to the patient characteristic, focusing on physical, psycholgical and spiritual aspects of the patient, we designed a nursing plan to reduce the anxiety, to reduce the post operative pain and to improve the activity of the patient. We wish to share this experience with other collegues, since the old age populations remained the major population receiving Total Knee Replacement, need extra care and attention to improve their life quality.
