從美國TIGER護理資訊教育運動反思台灣臨床護理資訊能力之發展策略

摘要

台灣護理資訊大規模發展自2003年以來快速進展，表現已深獲國際肯定，成功推廣的經驗更成為國際醫學資訊領域發展教材。TIGER為當今美國護理資訊教育改革的關鍵運動，其全方位與前瞻性策略值得台灣護理資訊與護理專業深思與看齊。在我國未來發展策略上，除了持續推行我國獨特由下到上的紮根模式外，建議加入由上到下的領導推動模式，採雙向發展整合，依TIGER的九大主軸規劃全面相關行動策略。台灣即將舉辦第十二屆全球護理資訊研討會（NI2014），是台灣護理資訊專業邁入更臻成熟的里程碑，有待國內各界共襄盛舉及參與。

Dramatic development of Nursing Informatics in Taiwan has been well recognized internationally since 2003. The successful experience in outreach has been adopted as developmental material for International Medical Informatics. TIGER is a critical initiative in the educational reform of Nursing Informatics in the United States. The comprehensive and forward-looking strategy of TIGER is worthy of consideration and learning by Nursing Informatics in Taiwan. Integration of a traditional end-user-based bottom-up method and a leadership top-down model as developmental strategies is recommended. The nine main schemes of TIGER can be used to develop all relevant action plans. Taiwan will hold the 12th International Congress on Nursing Informatics in 2014, and it will be an important milestone for Nursing Informatics in Taiwan. Wide participation and support for this event will be highly anticipated.
