催眠治療於健康照護議題之應用
The Application of Hypnotherapy in the Health Care Field

Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) is getting more attention in the modern health care field. This article introduces hypnotherapy, one of the common complementary and alternative therapies, in terms of its position in academic studies, definition, theoretical basis, characteristics, method and process of hypnosis, and application in health care field. The authors expect that this report will help health care professionals to better understand hypnotherapy as it applies to clinics.
