Source of Intrinsic Indentity between Spouses

The article, based on the data from questionnaire interviews carried out in Shanghai and Ha'erbing, tries to probe into and analyse the obtaining of intrinsic identity between spouses. We emphasize on the effect of homogamy and interaction between spouses on intrinsic identity and find that homogamy is of crucial importance but the duration of marriage has no apparent interrelationship.
