本研究之目地為了解駕駛時使用行動電話對駕駛行為的影響。共分為兩階段:第一階段為透過駕駛者對駕駛認知日誌之自我記錄,來瞭解駕駛者在自我知覺的情況下,認為使用行動電話對駕駛行為造成何種干擾與影響。第二階段則是進行實驗室的模擬駕駛測試,藉由對受測者的駕駛工作與偵測工作之績效量測,探究影響因子與駕駛行為間的關連,並進行更深入的解析。研究結果發現,不論是在質性研究或是實驗室模擬,都指出受測者在駕駛中使用免持聽筒之行動電話仍會造成偵測作業的反應時間與反應正確率績效降低。對照於現實生活中的駕駛行為,本研究認為駕車時使用免持聽筒行動電話,仍然存在著潛在的危害。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of using cellular phone on driving behavior. This study was divided into two phases. First, a cognitive diary method was used to record the negative behaviors on driving. Second, a laboratory research manipulating road difficulty and dialog complexity was conducted to examine the effect of using cellular phone on driving. The results suggest that using cellular phone would lead to decrement on detection task during driving.
