注意力缺陷過動症兒童除了注意力不足、過動、衝動三大核心問題之外,情緒處理問題也是另一個有待開發的研究議題,與兒童的人際關係、社交功能、生活適應有密切關係。本文根據Saarni所主張的三項情緒能力,彙整近十年來有關注意力缺陷過動症兒童情緒問題之相關研究,探討注意力缺陷過動症兒童在情緒理解、情緒表達及情緒調控三項情緒能力所呈現的問題,包括對他人情緒的辨識、對自我情緒的察覺、對情緒情境的理解、對挫折情緒的調控等,瞭解這些情緒問題背後可能的原因,以作為臨床介入之參考,並在文中提出未來相關研究可以繼續探討與解決的議題。
Apart from the 3core symptoms of attention deficit, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, problems with emotional processing in children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is also an important issue. However, it has not been fully investigated Based up on the 3 general facets of emotional competence (interpersonal of emotions, expression of emotions, and regulation of emotions) proposed by Saarni, the present article reviews recent findings on the emotional problems of children with ADHD. The problems mostly involve difficulties with identifying other's emotions, awareness of one's own emotions, understanding the emotional context, and regulation of frustrating emotions. Applied implications and future research directions are discussed.
