身體受虐兒於諮商歷程中所經歷之治療階段與負向治療反應

The Phases of Patient-Therapist Interaction and Negative Therapeutic Reactions of Physically Abused Children during the Counseling Process

摘要


本文旨在以Searles(1961)與Seinfeld(1990)提出的治療階段理論為基礎,並輔以筆者自身與受到身體虐待的六位國小及國中學童的諮商經驗,以及現有文獻對身體受虐兒的理解,論述身體受虐兒分別在「抗拒接觸」、「矛盾共生」、「治療性共生」與「共生的解除」四個治療階段中可能呈現的重要主題,及其與諮商師所形成的客體關係型態。此外,本文亦同時呈現:諮商師在各治療階段中的工作任務為何,以及身體受虐兒所可能呈現的負向治療反應,以協助讀者理解身體受虐兒在諮商中所經歷的客體關係修復歷程。

This article is based on the theory of therapeutic phases and combines the author's own counseling experiences of six physically abused clients (3 children, 3 adolescents) and the understanding of physically-abused children from references aims to discuss and present the theme of four therapeutic phases, the experiences of physically-abused clients during the counseling process, and the reparation of object relations. In addition, this article presents how counselors handle the clients' negative therapeutic reactions and what tasks they have in each of the therapeutic phases in helping physically abused children cope with their experiences during their reparation of object relations.
