摘要

目的：探討長期照護中主要照顧者生活品質與其人格堅毅性、負荷程度及病患特質之相關性。方法：採橫斷式量性研究，以台北市某區域教學醫院之長期照護服務中心和居家護理單位的病患家屬為對象，共107位有效樣本。使用結構式量表問卷，內容包括主要照顧者生活品質及其基本資料、人格堅毅性、負荷程度與病患之基本資料。結果：(1)居家長期照護患者女性佔54.2%，65歲以上佔84.1%，至少都患有1種疾病，多數生活依賴程度高且意識狀況不清醒。(2)主要照顧者以高齡的女性配偶居多，教育程度多為大專以上，大多有信仰，無工作者居多，有高過60%其家庭月收入在10萬元以內。(3)主要照顧者生活品質之整體平均3.12分，一般健康狀態3.01分，而生理健康範疇13.68分、心理範疇12.98分、社會關係範疇13.65分、環境範疇13.44分。(4)主要照顧者人格堅毅性平均153.22分、中位數為157.00分。(5)主要照顧者負荷程度，以心理負荷最高，財務負荷最低。結論：主要照顧者生活品質的重要預測因子為：主要照顧者教育程度、家庭月收入、自覺健康狀況和負荷程度。

Objective: To understand the relationships between caregiver's quality of life, hardiness, burden, caregiver's and patient's characteristics. Method: The cross-sectional study at Long Term Care Center and Home Nursing Unit belong to regional teaching hospital in Taipei was conducted by structured questionnaire which included five parts: caregiver's quality of life, hardiness, burden, characteristics and patient's characteristics. The questionnaire was send to participants and 107 of whom completed the questionnaire. Results: (1) The gender of the patients was equally distributed. Most of all were old, unconscious, and suffered from more than one disease, highly dependent in function level. (2) The majority of caregivers were old female spouse, highly educated and wealthy. (3) The average score was 3.12 of caregiver's quality of life, and general health status was 3.01. (4) The mean of caregiver's hardiness was 153.22, and the medium was 157. (5) The mean of Caregiver's burden was 3.05. There was the highest score of mental burden, and the lowest score of financial burden. Conclusion: The main predictors of caregiver's quality of life were caregiver's degree of education, family income, self-reported health status and burden.
