摘要

到宅牙醫醫療在臺灣尚未普及，它是一種特殊的牙科治療模式，主要是針對行動不便、無法外出就醫的病人進行牙科治療與口腔健康的維護。這一類的患者多半無法自行維持自己的口腔衛生，需要照護者協助清潔。除了牙齒的清潔之外，照護者往往忽略了口腔黏膜清潔的重要性。因此，本文將介紹臺灣的到宅牙醫醫療服務，並提出口腔清潔的標準流程，讓照護者可以依照流程來做好病人每天的口腔清潔工作。

Dental home visit is not popular yet in Taiwan. It is a kind of special dental service that provides dental treatment and oral healthcare for those patients that are difficult to reach out the dental clinic. Those patients cannot maintain their oral hygiene independently and need the help with their caregivers. However, besides regular teeth cleaning, the caregivers easily ignored the importance of the cleaning of oral mucosa. This article will introduce dental home visit in Taiwan and propose a standard operating procedure for oral cleaning. The caregivers can follow the proposed oral cleaning procedure and perform well in daily oral healthcare for those patients.
