Abstracts

資優學生的生涯發展是個終其一生的過程。本文旨在透過生涯理論、國內對資優學生生涯輔導之研究與現況分析，來看資優學生生涯輔導的重要課題，最後提出進行資優學生生涯輔導之建議，期望能協助資優學生實踐一個有價值的人生。

Career development is a lifelong process for students with giftedness. The author firstly analyzed the results of some researches on career development of gifted students and the status quo of career counseling in gifted education in Taiwan. Then, the author pinpointed some important issues from the viewpoints of career development and gifted traits. At last, she made some suggestions in implementing the career counseling for gifted students.
