摘要

近年來不論由國內毒品緝獲數量、檢驗資料、監所人犯數或各項研究調查，均顯示藥物濫用問題有日漸嚴重的趨勢。由醫學的角度來看，藥物濫用與成癮是一種慢性疾病，且復發率極高，不僅危害個人身心健康，對家庭及社會影響亦鉅；由吸毒者再累犯比率高達六成以上情形顯示，藥癮戒治是一項艱鉅的工作，惟有從教育著手，加強教育宣導，落實正確用藥觀念，讓學生充分瞭解毒品的危害，進而拒絕毒品，始為根本解決之道。

According to the seized amount of drugs, urine screening data, the number of prisoner due drug offense, or other investigated reports in recent years, it shows that the problem of drug to abuse has the tendency of getting serious in Taiwan. From the medical viewpoints, ”drug abuse and addiction” is a chronic disease with high relapse rate. It not only jeopardizes the physical and psychological health of the drug-user himself, but also has strong impact to his family and the whole society. Although the ”drug cessation” is a tough task, education is the keyway to get started. To educate the student, make them aware of correct medication concept and the hazards of drugs, so they can say ”No” is a quite importment strategy to solve the problem of drug abuse.
