探討澳門幼稚園教師推動健康促進及安全教學遇到之困難

Barriers of early childhood teachers to promote health and safety activities in Macau kindergarten

摘要


本研究目的是探討幼稚園教師對於健康促進及設計安全教學活動遇到的困難,教師除了爲學生提供教學活動外,透過對學生課餘生活上的照顧,教導學生正確的健康知識及提高安全的意識。「健康」及「安全」對於幼稚園學生是非常重要的,在成長的歷程中,健康的生活模式應建立在幼童早期發展階段。而澳門幼兒教育的師生比例恰當,但面對幼童傳染病增多;透過訪談12位在職幼稚園教師,了解他們在教學過程中,對健康促進及設計安全教學活動時遇到的困難。結果發現幼稚園教師對學生健康知識缺乏且未能掌握安全教學活動的準則,需要進行健康促進的培訓。

The purpose of this study is to explore the barriers of kindergarten teachers in health promotion and designing safety activities for students. Through on caring of kindergarten students, teachers teach students the correct knowledge on health as well as provide safe activities. The concepts of healthy and safe are very important for kindergarten students. In the course of their development, a healthy lifestyle should be established in the early stages of childhood. The proportion of teachers and students in kindergarten education is appropriate in Macau. Data showed that infectious diseases occurred among young children in kindergarten. Through interviewing with 12 active kindergarten teachers, they expressed that they need to learn more about health promotion and designing safety teaching activities. The interview result was found that conducting health promotion training among kindergarten teachers were necessary.
