母親參與親子遊戲訓練團體對國小被同儕拒絕兒童親子關係、社交地位及學校行為改變之研究

A Study on the Influence of a Filial Therapy Group on Parent-Child Relationships, Social Status, and School Behavior of Peer-Rejected Children in Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在探討親子遊戲訓練團體對親子關係和被同儕拒絕兒童之社交地位的影響,並探究被同儕拒絕兒童在生活及學習行為上的改變情形。本研究以國小四、五年級在班級中被同儕拒絕的兒童及其家長(母親)為對象,參與十週的親子遊戲訓練團體,且於第三次團體結束後,讓成員在家中與被同儕拒絕兒童進行每週一次、每次三十分鐘、共計七次的家中遊戲單元。研究結果發現: 一、在親子關係方面 「親子關係滿意程度量表」結果顯示,親子遊戲訓練團體顯著改善成員與其子女(被同儕拒絕兒童)的親子關係。訪談結果亦顯示親子遊戲訓練團體使成員增加與其子女互動的頻率,且互動方式由負向轉為正向,對孩子有較多包容和接納;六位被同儕拒絕兒童在參與團體後對母親的情感也都有正向成長的趨勢。 二、在社交地位方面 由社交測量前、後測的資料顯示,親子遊戲訓練團體無法有效改善被同儕拒絕兒童的社交地位。但仔細探究,這六位被同儕拒絕兒童比較不會再被同儕列為拒絕的第一人選。 三、在生活及學習行為方面 從同儕、導師、母親、及被同儕拒絕兒童本身的訪談內容皆表示,親子遊戲訓練團體結束後,這六位被同儕拒絕兒童在學校及日常生活中的行為有某種程度的改變。 根據上述研究結果,研究者進一步提出對於未來研究及實務工作的建議。由於研究設計有其限制,故結果的推論需謹慎。

The purposes of this study are to discuss and explore the influence of the filial therapy group does to the parent-child relationship and the social status of peer-rejected children, and to investigate the changes in life and school social behavior of peer-rejected children. The subjects of the study include 4th or 5th grade elementary peer-rejected children and their mothers. We educated these mothers with filial therapy training in a ten-weeks group, and had the members proceed play sessions for 30 minutes, once a week, totally 7 times with their peer-rejected children at home after the third group session. The findings of the study are as follows. I. With Respect to the Parent-child Relationship: The outcome shows that the filial therapy group has significantly enhanced the parent-child relationship between the members and their children. The interview result also indicates that the filial therapy group increases the interactive frequency between the members and their children, and changes their interactive pattern from the negative to the positive direction, with more tolerance and acceptance toward the children. Moreover, after the group training the emotion to their mothers of the six peer-rejected children appears the tendency of positive growing. II. With Respect to the Social Status: The data before and after the socioeconomic survey reveal that the filial therapy group do not significantly improve the social status of peer-rejected children, but at least the six peer-rejected children are not listed as the first choices of rejected persons by their peers. III. With Respect to Life and School Behavior: The content of interviews of the peers, teachers, mothers, and peer-rejected children themselves shows that the behaviors of the six peer-rejected children at school and at home have improved to some extent after the end of the filial therapy group training. According to the result, suggestions concerning the future study and the actual counseling are provided.
