摘要

近年來，諮詢服務逐漸受到西方學者的重視。許多心理諮詢的理論模式紛紛出籠，不過在國內這一方面的論述卻很少為人知。本研究希望透過內容比較分析，呈現心理諮詢模式與健康諮詢模式的內涵與實務，並藉以提出國內諮詢服務的重點和方向。
本研究首先說明心理諮詢的理論及發展過程；其次，分別說明心理健康諮詢模式與行為諮詢模式的重要意函；再之，從諮詢目標、理論基礎、諮詢關係、諮詢類型、諮詢角色、處遇方法、諮詢策略及效果評估等向度加以比較分析其心理健康諮詢模式與行為諮詢模式的差異，以便對這兩種模式獲得全貌的認識；最後根據結果，提供幾點建議給從事諮商輔導工作者做參考。

Consultation is viewed as a significant component of all school psychological service delivery systems and has become one of the major professional functions for psychologists. This study adopts the literature exploration and comparison analysis method. First, it explores the concept and practice of consultation. Second, it explores mental health consultation. Third, it compares the difference mental health consultation and behavioral consultation. Finally, suggestions related to consultation of Taiwan are provided.
