穴格導根方式對北蔥種苗生長之影響

The Effect of Plug Opening on the Growth of Welsh Onion

摘要


以三種導根漏空穴盤進行北蔥育苗,研究其對北蔥種苗生育之影響。不同穴格導根方式對北蔥種苗之株高、葉鞘徑、葉鞘長度和葉片數無顯著影響,根長以圓形128格穴盤苗最長,保麗龍底部漏空之穴盤苗為最短,地下部鮮乾重以U字型漏空者顯著最高。田間定植第三週時以導根凹槽穴盤(台一)和底部漏空穴盤的葉鞘長度為最長。所有處理間於第三週前的地上部鮮重無顯著差異,地下部乾重以128格圓形穴格顯著最輕。第三週時約為0.24 g,其它處理者約為0.27~0.33 g。第四週時,地上部鮮重以128格圓形穴格顯著最輕為4.43 g,漏空處理者的地上部鮮重無顯著差異,約為6 g。由以上結果顯示,於漏空穴盤播種之北蔥種苗於田間定植較未導根處理者佳,可避免因盤根造成根部活性降低,而促進植株生長。

Three opening types of seedling plug trays were used for Welsh onion seedlings. The effects of opening types of plug tray on plant growth characteristics of Welsh onion seedlings were not significantly different. The sheath lengths of Welsh seedlings grown in Tai-Yi and styrofoam type plug trays were the longest after growing for three weeks, and the shoot fresh weight weren't significant difference. The root fresh weight of Welsh seedling grown in 128 cells round plug tray was the lightest about 0.24 g until the third week, and the others were about 0.27~0.33 g. The shoot fresh weight of 128 cells round plug tray was 4.43 g at the fourth week, and others were about 6 g. The seedlings grown in opening type plug trays grew better in the field than the control. The opening type plug trays could avoid root circulating of Welsh onion seedling, and kept roots active.
