植物種苗檢測技術文獻回顧

The Review of Detection and Assessment Techniques for Plant Seedling Quality

摘要


植物種苗生技業屬高科技知識型產業,透過盤點、分類整理我國種苗之研發技術知識,掌握我國種苗研發能量,了解種苗產業技術分佈,可作為技術創新研發之發展依據。本研究依循植物種苗檢測技術分類架構,分別說明病原檢測、品種鑑定、品種純度、種子發芽能力及基因改造(轉殖)作物檢測等五大技術範疇內容,期望本成果有助於了解國內外植物種苗檢測技術之研究發展,並作為後續技術分析的比較基礎。

Plant seed lings biotechnology is a high-tech knowledge-based industry which turns to be an important one. The study utilizes techniques of auditing, classifying, organizing plant seedling papers to understand the R&D capacity of plant seedlings industry. The outcome of the study can be referred to innovation and research foundation of the field. The study constructs a classification scheme of plant seedling detect technology which contains five technological categories, such as detection of pathogen, identification of variety, purification of variety, Seeds germination and detection of GMO. The outcome of this study also helps to understand the current development of plant seedling detection technology systematically.
