摘要

缺血性腦中風在年輕人的發生率是很低的。磁振擴散權重影像可以有效診斷發生在6小時內之缺血性腦中風。全身性紅斑狼瘡患者比起一般人較容易發生腦中風以及因腦血管疾病而致死。對急診醫師而言，進一步影像學檢查，如：核磁共振攝影對於有神經學症狀的全身性紅斑性狼瘡患者和早期偵測缺血性腦中風是很重要的，特別是年輕全身性紅斑性狼瘡患者在急診室僅表現短暫神經學症狀。

Ischemic stroke in young adults had been considered relatively rare. Abnormal diffusion-weighted images from brain MRI, particularly in patients presenting with subtle neurological defects, is a sensitive indicator within six hours of symptom onset. For emergency department physicians, further image studies such as MRI are important for evaluation of CNS manifestations and early detection of ischemic stroke when managing young patients with SLE presenting with transient neurological symptoms. We report a 26 year-old woman with SLE who had an ischemic stroke with an initial presentation of transient numbness over her right upper limb and dysarthria.
